1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a friendly consultation — either in person or virtually.
This is where we discuss your vision, ideas, and goals for the magazine.
We’ll go over everything from your desired theme and layout style to colors, tone, and overall aesthetic.
By the end of this step, we’ll have a clear creative direction and plan of action. -
2. Gathering Your Content
By this point, you will have filled out the official client intake form - filling out basic information needed for your magazine. Next, you’ll send over all the materials you’d like included — photos, stories, or any other content you want featured.
Don’t worry if it’s not all perfectly organized — we’ll help shape it into a cohesive, beautifully designed publication. -
3. Design & First Draft
Once we have your content, we get to work bringing your magazine to life!
We’ll design the initial draft based on your preferences and ideas discussed in the consultation and your client intake form.
You’ll then receive a preview to review the layout, flow, and overall look. -
4. First Revision
After you’ve reviewed the first draft, we’ll go through your feedback together and make adjustments.
This could include layout tweaks, text edits, or photo swaps — whatever’s needed to ensure the magazine reflects your vision. -
5. Final Revision & Approval
We’ll send you a refined version for one last round of feedback.
This is where we perfect every detail — from typography to spacing — until you’re 100% happy with the final result. -
6. Print & Delivery
Once approved, we’ll take care of printing and production.
We’ll have your finished magazine delivered straight to your door.
